2015年04月 42-5 關係取向心理諮商之歷程分析—以一位國小中年危機教師為例

本研究旨在探討:以關係取向諮商引領一位現職國小教師處理中年危機的歷程變化。據社會心理學家的說法,中年危機發生在40 至65 歲的年齡層,患者消沉、抑鬱,顯得極度的憂思與不愉快;研究者為現職國小教師,因此揀選一位現職的中年國小教師做為研究對象,接受為期13 週,每週1 次,每次60 分鐘的深度晤談。待晤談後,除將錄音檔謄為逐字稿,並輔以MAXQDA 的分析工具進行資料的編碼與轉譯;另外,藉著協同分析者的合作,確保質性研究分析的可信度與有效性,深切反映個案生命經驗的歷程變化。最後,根據結果與討論提出結論與建議,作為嗣後歷程取向諮商的研究基礎。
