本文旨在探討諮商實習生接受以循環發展督導模式及反饋小組進行的課程團體督導之經驗,共有15位修習諮商實務課程的諮商實習生參與4 次課程團體督導,針對參與者每次督導結束後書寫的省思札記共60 份,進行內容分析。研究發現:整體而言,諮商實習生普遍認同團體督導的學習經驗,認為同儕討論、替代學習及示範是適合他們的學習方式;在學習態度上,諮商實習生在團體督導的過程中都能因此看見並勇於面對焦慮,並更有學習動力。此外,循環發展及反饋小組的團體督導過程對諮商實習生的專業能力有三方面的助益,分別是個案理解、諮商介入及歷程理解,但他們在不同次/模式的督導過程中獲益重點不同。最後,根據上述發現對諮商心理師教育訓練與督導的實務工作及未來研究方向提出相關建議。
