邊緣型人格違常,是近年受國內精神醫學及臨床心理重視的一項議題,也是許多心理衛生實務工作者感到最難以處理的類型之ㄧ。因其不穩定的情緒與人際關係,使得治療師經常需要花上許多的精力與時間來陪伴個案成長。本研究的主要目的在於探討,大專校園中的邊緣型人格個案之成長背景、情緒適應、人際適應、自殺議題與心理治療經驗等,以增進對於邊緣型人格個案的了解。本研究採用質性研究之個案研究取向,以立意取樣選取研究對象,進行資料收集與分析。而個案研究的工具繁多,本研究主要以深度訪談進行之,以半結構之訪談指南,收集所需資料,並以質性方法分析所得資料。研究結果歸納為:受創的成長經驗,紛擾不安的自我,不穩定的人際關係、課業與工作,長期的空虛感,黑白分明的世界觀到逐漸產生的灰階,自殺議題,多元資源的受助經驗,BPD 從DSM-IV-TR 到DSM-5。根據研究結果,並提出有關早期家庭教養處遇、校園中青少年BPD 個案的專業協助與自殺防治、團隊合作的治療關係與治療者之賦權、與未來研究之建議。
