本研究旨在探討兒童中心取向遊戲治療師在進行遊戲治療時的設限經驗。本研究採用質性研究的現象學方法,透過深度訪談來蒐集五位治療師的設限經驗,以及其對設限經驗的想法與因應。本研究將所蒐集的資料加以編碼及分析,所得結果如下:(1)「兒童-治療師互動」的經驗結構,包含:對需設限行為的經驗、對設限後兒童反應的經驗。以及(2)「治療師-理論對話」的經驗結構,包含:重整與反思設限、重新框架兒童情緒與行為、督導與同儕的專業協助、形塑個人設限體驗與信念。最後根據研究結果,研究者對遊戲治療實務工作及未來研究提出具體建議。
