2011年08月 30-1 當事人的諮商期望、對諮商初期諮商師可信度與工作同盟之關係研究

本研究旨在探討諮商初期,當事人的諮商期望、諮商師可信度以及工作同盟的關係,以台灣十八所大專院校諮商中心的當事人為研究對象,使用修訂自Tinsley(1982)的諮商期望量表—簡式(Expectations About Counseling Questionnaire-Brief Form,EAC-B);改編的人際影響量表(評定諮商師可信度);以及修訂Horvath 的工作同盟中文版量表為研究工具(陳慶福,1995 )。共有 121 位當事人在進入諮商前填寫諮商期望量表,並於第二次諮商後完成人際影響量表和工作同盟量表的填答。研究發現:當事人個人承諾的諮商期望,以及對諮商師專業性與吸引力的知覺能預測工作同盟的目標、任務向度;當事人對個人承諾、催化情境的諮商期望,以及對諮商師可信度的三個特質專業性、吸引力與值得信賴的知覺,能預測工作同盟的連結向度。結構方程模式分析顯示當事人的諮商期望透過對諮商師可信度的知覺會間接地影響工作同盟,間接效果值為 .42 ,而諮商期望對工作同盟的直接效果值為 .23 ,皆達 p < .05 的顯著水準,表示諮商期望對工作同盟所產生的影響主要為間接關係,諮商師可信度可能為諮商期望與工作同盟之中介變項。
