2013年04月 35-4 青少年外展工作成效指標之研究: 以台北市少年服務中心外展社工員觀點為例

青少年外展工作在台灣始於 1978 年主要透過非營利組織辦理,迄今已發展出不同的實務模式,但實 務工作者一直苦無具體的指標可以呈現實際的服務成效,加上青少年的行為改變並非立竿見影,使 得外展工作績效受到嚴峻挑戰。本研究目的旨在建立具體的外展工作成效指標,透過焦點團體進行 資料收集,總計邀集四家少年服務中心 19 位外展社工員。結果建議未來輔導成效指標的訂定應考慮 外展工作的不同方法,兼顧個案輔導與社區倡導;除重視服務個案人數外,更應包括青少年個案與 其生態系統對象改變的成果。
