2012年12月 34-3 諮商心理師團體諮商倫理信念與行為之探究

本研究旨在探討諮商心理師對團體諮商工作之倫理信念與倫理行為。先經立意取樣100 位具諮商心理師身份之團體領導者進行第一階段資料蒐集,內容包括基本資料、團體諮商倫理信念與倫理行為,次就問卷初步分析結果,另行招募十位團體領導者,進行第二階段深度訪談。以SPSS12.0統計套裝軟體進行描述性統計、交叉表分析和T考驗,並針對分析結果進行質量資料整合、文獻比對與報告撰寫。研究結果發現教育程度、團體時數在部分倫理信念與行為表現上有顯著差異,整體而言,團體領導者在倫理信念與倫理行為上具有一致性。在時間界限和免受傷害類別題項共識度較低。在專業知能、知後同意、時間界限之部分題項上,知行衝突率較高。由深度訪談中發現,領導者在面對兩個以上權益衝突的情境時較易產生倫理困境;此外,領導者會基於成員個別化差異、團體氣氛、 團體歷程階段、執行難易與實務現場之外在限制等考量因素,而決定其倫理行動。
