飲酒行為一直是原住民生活中重要的議題,本研究旨在探討影響原住民酒癮行為的相關影響因素。 本研究為量化橫斷性研究,採用立意取樣,運用研究者設計之自填式問卷,以原住民部落具有飲酒行 為之 493 位原住民為研究對象。以原住民的基本特質、健康狀況、嗜好習慣此三方面進行分析。「基 本 特 質 」, 族 群 別 、 性 別 、 年 齡 、 教 育 、 婚 姻 與 酒 癮 呈 顯 著 性 差 異 ;「 健 康 狀 況 」, 自 覺 健 康 狀 況 與 酒 癮 呈 顯 著 性 差 異 ;「 嗜 好 習 慣 」, 抽 煙 量 、 嚼 檳 榔 、 喜 愛 的 酒 類 、 開 始 飲 酒 年 齡 、 常 和 誰 飲 酒 、 飲 酒 動 機、飲酒時刻、飲酒量、是否瞭解飲酒壞處、飲酒後反應、自覺飲酒害處、節制飲酒意願與酒癮呈顯 著性差異。「酒癮者之危險因子」,健康狀況、抽菸量、飲酒量、飲酒時刻為酒癮者之危險預測變項。 酒癮者與非酒癮者之基本特質、健康狀況、嗜好習慣等因子呈顯著性差異,建議注意有飲酒行為者 之飲酒時間、飲酒量與節制飲酒意願,將有助於控制原住民酒癮之危險因子。
