2013年10月 37-4 優勢中心取向生涯諮商歷程與改變經驗之敘事研究

本研究旨在探究優勢中心取向生涯諮商歷程與改變經驗。研究參與者為四位已婚、每周上班時數超 過 30 小時之雙生涯成人,其中男性兩位,女性兩位,年齡介於 34 41 歲之間。參與者為透過招募 自動報名,每人接受三次以建構意義目標為導向之優勢生涯個別諮商,結束後一個月再接受一至二 次、共計 70-90 分鐘之半結構深度訪談。三次諮商和諮商後訪談錄音檔均謄為逐字稿,並以質性研 究中的敘事方法進行分析,研究結果分別呈現出四位參與者之故事主題、諮商歷程、改變經驗以及 諮商後的影響。最後根據結果提出討論與建議。
