本研究目的為描述女性諮商輔導碩士生於研究所生涯的學習與成長經驗。前後總計訪問九位28 至38 歲女性諮輔碩士生,並以現象學質化方法分析所得資料,結果呈現三大主題:提升自我了解、提升自我效能及個體與環境和諧互動。其他重要議題包括諮輔碩士生透過自我探索達成整合過去、連結現在與未來的目標,運用經驗性學習連結自我、他人、生活與環境,及認同諮輔專業。最後並探討教育訓練、研究與實務相關議題。
