2009年09月 26-2 從委外式員工協助方案探討企業員工諮商內容之研究

在高壓力的職場環境下,如何幫助企業員工解決身心健康、工作壓力、家庭婚姻、生活事務等問題,已成為許多諮商輔導人員極為關心的課題。本研究從企業委外的員工協助方案(EAP)角度,探討不同產業別及企業別員工使用EAP諮商的內容與差異,以及EAP宣導活動與員工使用率的關係。資料蒐集採用事後回溯研究方法,取八家企業實際發生的員工求助行為紀錄,與宣導EAP活動的資料,先以內容分析法歸納出574 筆諮商事件,再進行統計分析。研究發現如下:(1)整體員工諮商事件數,前三名為:法律諮詢、家庭婚姻、生涯發展。(2)高科技業與服務業員工,各呈現出顯著不同的諮商事件。(3)在高科技業或服務業中,本國與外商企業員工,各呈現出顯著不同的諮商事件。此外,在同一類的諮商事件中,員工也有不同的諮商問題內容。(4)不同的職稱別、年齡及工作年資的員工,各呈現出不同的諮商事件。(5)高程度的EAP宣導活動,或在宣導活動期間時,員工的EAP諮商使用率會明顯增加。本研究結果可提供國內企業諮商輔導單位及其研究人員參考。
