本研究主要依據一般化緊張理論的觀點,探討日常生活困擾、與家人負面關係、目標與經濟期望落差和台灣大學生內化適應問題的關聯性。而內化適應問題包涵情緒困擾、低自尊、學習焦慮及疏離感。本研究之資料數據來自2008年董氏基金會之「大學生主觀壓力源與憂鬱情緒之相關性調查」,其抽樣對象為台灣地區大學生,分別在北、中、南、東、桃竹苗地區抽取樣本,共抽取57所大學及獨立學院,有效分析樣本為5,655名大學生。至於數據分析方面,本研究採用多元迴歸分析所搜集之數據。本研究發現大學生的經濟與目標期望落差及日常生活困擾是預測台灣大學生整體內化適應問題、情緒困擾、低自尊、學習焦慮及疏離感等不同類型的內化適應問題的主要因素。另外,日常生活困擾和與家人負面關係的交互作用,與大學生的學習焦慮程度存在著相關性。
