2017年08月 49-0 後現代思維與第二波正向心理學在諮商的應用

後現代思維與第二波正向心理學研究正逐漸發展中,諮商與心理治療取向之演進也有著相互輝映的關連,蘊含著對現代思維在哲學上、學理上的多項變革。本學報第49期所收錄的五篇實徵性研究論文,恰可展現出這樣的特色,其中,強調人本主義的成長取向並相信人類具有尋求意義與創造意義的驅力、系統理論的視框、後現代思維中更具平等性的助人關係或研究關係等等,呈現出後現代思維與第一波正向心理學的貢獻,強調辯證思維則突顯出第二波正向心理學的突破。溯本究源,辯證思維根本是華人文化之特色與優勢所在,期待華人文化所蘊藏的更多瑰寶,能夠帶出後現代思維與正向心理學之持續革命與突破,新近發展中的修養心理學或許是可期待的瑰寶之一。
