2003年3月 14-2團體成員解決其未完成事件的內涵及其歷程之分析研究

本研究旨在探討團體成員解決其未完成事件的內泌及其改變的歷程, 採單一受試設計,共有八位成員參與本研究,接受十遇,每過三小時的諮商團體。研究發現成員整體改變的內涵包括:自我方面的改變、與重要他人關f革的改變、認知、行為及情緒經驗的改變。另外也發現,個別成員解決其未完成事件的歷程有所不同。自覺已成功解決其未完成事件者,其解決的歷程如下:成員充分表達自己的未完成事件→充分體驗和宣洩情緒→重新暸解重要他人本身所受的傷害或限制→暸解自己未滿足的需求→重新建構自己、重新建橘未完成事件,以及重新建構自己與重要他人的關係←→原諒重要他人→改變對重要他人的看法、改變對自己的看法→接納重要他人,接納自己、肯定自己、珍惜自己→改變與重要他人的互動方式,自我價值感提升、自主性或能力感增加。如重要他人已不在身邊,其改變的歷程為當事人在重新建構過去與重要他人的關係或過去的傷害之後,長期壓抑的情感獲得釋放,進而能夠重新看待過去的關係,接受哀傷或失落的事實,重新投入新的生活。另外,未能成功解決的當事人主要停留在重新暸解自己或重新暸解重要他人的階段。
