2002年3月 11-1五位台灣亂倫父親犯罪歷程之分析

本論文嘗試梭視五位台灣亂倫父親在犯罪歷程的幾個重要層面,並企圖連結其案發前生活經驗、情緒、認知、情境與犯案之關係,且深究他們的犯罪動機及抑制犯罪之認知機制﹔此外,亦探討這些亂倫者是否呈現穩定的犯案步驟與歷程。
本論文使用深度訪談,並用質性研究的方法來分析五位亂倫者以上種種層面之資料,此五名亂倫者中,三名在監, 二名假釋出獄,平均年齡42 歲。研究結果發現: Wolf 的犯罪歷程確實提供一瞭解犯罪歷程的架構,而這些亂倫犯案亦具有歷程脈絡﹔在近年生活情境中,婚姻壓力與犯案動機較明顯,而早期生活經驗和犯案的動機的關係較隱含﹔犯案時他們多有一明顯的促發事件﹔同時認知結構亦扮演了促發及持續犯案的重要角色。
本研究並依據以下五個部分: 1.犯案前的事件、壓力與認知﹔ 2.與被害者的關係、看法﹔ 3 .犯案前的情境、情緒與認知﹔ 4 .犯案時之感受﹔ 5.犯案後反應,將五個亂倫犯犯案的內在深層動機歸納成二種型態。本文最後並對此二種型態的治療策略及再犯評估有所建議。
