2002年3月 11-2成人生涯協助量表之信效度研究 一一個效度複核程序的驗證

本研究用來評量成人學生生涯協助需求的「成人生涯協助量表」,共有60 個題目,十個分量表,其分別是:「自我了解」、「有效行為的技巧」、「發展上的改變與轉變」、「教育、學習與訓練J 、「生涯資訊」、「職業探索」、「環境探索」、「生涯規釗」、「生涯決策」和「休閒生活」。本研究第一階段的目的,在於將成人生涯協助的想法予以概念化,並建構成人生涯協助量表。第二階段的目的,即在針對第一階段所獲得的量表信效度提供進一步的實徵性證據。而其使用的先導或預試樣本共306位成人學生,兩個正式樣本則分別為1109 位與360 位成人學生。在題項的統計分析上,本研究使用了包括平均數、標準差、題項與總分之間的相關等描述統計。量表的因素數量與因素結構則先是以預試樣本進行斜交轉軸法的因素分析,接續使用前後兩次的正式樣本進行量表效度複核的驗證。而本研究量表的信度,則分別使用Cronbach 的α 係數檢驗其內部一致性,以重測方式檢驗其穩定性。其後並進行不同樣本的文又分析。最後,根據研究發現,提出有關量表之應用與未來研究之建議供參考。
