2000年12月 9-2國小準輔導工作者「諮商實習」課程與被督導經驗調查研究

在諮商員的專業發成訓練過程中,專業實習與督導是極為重要的一環。本研究以問卷調查之方式,探討師範院校體系中諮商專業實習與督導之實際運作情形,及瞭解準諮商員對參與諮商實習課及接受課堂與實習場所被督導之經驗。
本研究之參與者為109名於八十八學年度修習「諮商實習」相關課程之七校(共八班)學生,所採用之調查工具為研究者自編之「諮商實習與督導經驗調查表」。本研究發現研究參與者雖然每過花在「諮商實習課」課堂上課及實習場所的時間均多於五小時,但不論是課堂或實習場所的平均被督導時間,均低於一小時。課堂實習內容與授課教師對課程之要求均包括個別諮商與團體諮商二方面,至於課程要求另包含要協助輔導行政工作。
研究參與者反映實習課程最大的收獲是能夠加強個別及團體諮商之實務經驗﹔再者是透過同儕討論與接受督導以及自我成長,逐步培發專業態度與專業能力。研究參與者雖然對課堂老師之督導方式與督導態度均感滿意,但仍認為被督導之頻率略低﹔期待被督導人數為2-3人﹔對實習場所督導之滿意度不及於課堂督導者。
研究參與者對於課堂與實習場所督導者,不論在督導者之態度、督導內容與方式,均有所期待﹔對實習場所之督導者則更期望能提供行政協助。
本研究針對各項發現,提出未來師院體系開設諮商實習相關課程與提供督導服務之建議。
