1999年12月 7-7 個別諮商能力評量表學生自評版本之發展曁自評能力變化之研究

本研究旨在發展適合大學層級實習諮商員的「個別諮商能力評量表學生自評版本」,並以此量表探討個別諮商能力在諮商實習課前後的變化。研究資料來自六個學校的十個班級,計有181 名修課學生與其授課老師分別填寫該量表的學生自評版本與教師他評版本。
本研究首先以Cronbachα 考驗各分量表之內部一致性﹔再以驗證性因素分析考驗因素結為﹔並考驗分量表之間Pearson積差相關矩陣之聚斂和區辨越向,最後以Pearson積差相關分析教師他評與學生自評之關聯性。分析結果顯示學生自評版本與教師他評版本之架構吻合,且具有可接受之心理計量品質。
接著以重複量數MANOVA考驗實習課程前後個別諮商能力的差異,在八個能力向度上均發現顯著進步,而且實習課前表現較弱的能力向度進步較多,因此實習課後在各能力向度的表現較為均衡。再以典型相關分析實習課前後表現的關聯性,發現三組典型因素:「綜合知能」、「諮商員角色」、「不適配特質」,分別可解釋80.32%與78.96% 的前測與後測變異量,其中,八個能力向度測量在第一個典型因素上的負荷量均高,顯示令能力向度具有同時變化的傾向,此外,第二與第三組因素均與「個人化技能」及「人格傾向」關聯密切,突顯出個別諮商能力中與「諮商員這個人」相關的成分。
本研究根據研究結果與限制,提出諮商員教育與督導以及未來研究上的建議。
