1998年12月 6-1 諮商師被督導經驗對其諮商挫折之因應及其專業成長之影響研究

本研究旨在以深度訪談法,針對廿位在校之準諮商師及服務於大專院校或機構之諮商師,探討其被督導經驗、其諮商挫折經驗與督導之關係,以及其督導經驗對諮商師專業成長之影響各為何。研究結果如下:
1.廿位受訪之受督導者, 其在學校之被督導經驗比在機構更有制度。
2.無論學校或機構督導, 均較著重於對個案之討論﹔督導角色多半界定為教導者、提供資訊、建議者、諮詢者、情緒支持者及協助諮商師自我探索或覺察者﹔少數督導者偏重行政督導或未能稱職發揮督導之功能,甚至督導雙方角色界限不甚清楚﹔同儕督導之情形有其實際需要,但亦有其限制。
3督導之進行方式以團體督導與個案研討較多,頻率多半是一週一次。
4.督導者對不同專業層級之受督導者所提供的督導重點亦有所不同。
5大多數諮商師在實務工作中遇到的挫折包含來自自己與在外在環境﹔影響所及多半在自身之情緒與對接案之把握度上﹔至於因應之道,督導者之資源僅佔其中一小部分, 其餘多半是找同儕討論或自行閱讀或自我反省與調適。
6.督導者所提供之協助確能增進諮商師之個人成長與專業成長。
本研究依據研究發現,就督導制度之健全以及未來研究方向二方面提出檢討與建議。
