1996年12月 4-1 大學生人際衝突因應行為相關因素之研究

本研究之目的在探討大學生在開係親密度高的衝突事件中被激怒時,氣憤特質、氣憤程度、自我檢校、性別、對方性別對其因應行為之影響,及不同因應行為所產生之不同事後感受與長短期之正負向效果。研究對象為 1364位大學生,分別施測氣憤情境、氣憤特質、自我檢校三個量表,其結果分述如下:
1.氣憤特質高者,易採表達生氣及氣在心裏之方式,而低氣憤特質者較易採掌控生氣之因應行為。
2.氣憤程度高者,
易採表達生氣及氣在心裏之方式,而低氣憤程度者較易採掌控生氣之因應行為。
3.高自我檢校者在掌控生氣及表達生氣的分數上顯著高於低自我檢校者,而自我檢校與情境公開性的交互作用未達顯著。
4.男性在表達生氣的分數上顯著高於女性,女性在氣在心裹的分數顯著高於男性。
5.性別和對方性別有交互作用,男女對異性皆較會採掌控生氣之方式,女性對女性易用氣在心裏之方式,而男性對男性易用表達生氣之方式。
6.掌控生氣者事後之感受傾向害怕、舒服,最不會有後悔或更生氣;表達生氣者較易感到痛快、後悔及更生氣;氣在心裏者,則最會感受到委屈、更生氣及沮喪。
7.掌控生氣之長短期效果皆優於表達生氣及氣在心裏兩組。
