2015年04月 42-3 經驗取向督導受督者經驗歷程研究—心理劇導向擬態扮演方式的運用

本文的目的在於以詮釋現象學的方法,嘗試揭露經驗取向督導受督者的經驗內涵結構。本研究的經驗取向督導,係督導者對受督者(扮演個案)進行心理劇治療,受督者於接受經驗取向督導後進行個案治療一次或二次後,研究者邀請受督者進行受督經驗描述文的撰寫,並獲得經驗描述文本。研究者並以李維倫與賴憶嫺(2009)提出之現象學分析方法,針對經驗描述文進行資料分析。本研究結果發現,經驗取向督導受督者的經驗歷程的結構內涵,包括:(1)透過受督者擬態扮演個案,受督者能深刻理解個案的狀態,受督者更理解個案所談的問題;(2)督導者的治療介入(心理劇治療) 幫助受督者在身體經驗上產生轉化;(3)受督者會反思自己的諮商歷程,重新理解個案,而進行治療行動的介入,幫助個案體驗自己的身體感受並經驗身體感受的轉化。透過本研究,我們有機會從經驗取向受督者的經驗,解明經驗取向督導的內涵,藉以擴大並充實心理治療督導的理論。
