本研究探討性騷擾受害女性的因應與處理，如何導致衍生性衝擊，以瞭解性騷擾作為父權壓迫，如何透過意識型態及社會場域之運作，持續對受害女性進行壓迫與消音。本研究深度訪談九位經歷過性騷擾事件之女性，發現受訪女性的性騷擾樣態及因應方式，相當多元，但多受制於父權的社會場域，其因應及處理結果通常對受害女性造成衍生性傷害，如：對命名性騷擾的猶豫、對揭露事件的焦應、應對性騷擾的自責、面質騷擾者的反挫、申訴歷程的機構性虐待，及人際關係的破損與疏離等衍生性傷害。據此，本研究認為，父權場域的性別意識型態，經常透過下列機制，對性騷擾受害女性造成多重「雙綁」困境：受害女性符合父權文化的陰柔因應，卻通常導致對自我的質疑與責備； 受害女性展現主體的面質與申訴，卻經常引發騷擾者的惡意反制、社會網絡的背棄及機構性的虐待； 受害女性掙扎存活及復原的心理資源，卻經常面臨人際關係受創的折損。然而，本研究亦發現，父權體制對性騷擾受害女性的「消音」歷程，並非滴水不漏，部分受訪女性仍採面質及申訴等積極的因應性騷擾事件。此外，受害女性對衍生性衝擊的覺察與批判，似乎辯證性地提供女性顛覆父權宰制的契機。
