2005年03月 17-6 心理動力取向治療的知識獲得初探研究

本研究旨在探討心理動力治療取向之知識屬性為何，學習者如何獲知，以及在獲知實踐的過程中可能遭遇的困難。本研究採用個別訪談法，以六位資深（專業年資十年以上）的心理動力治療取向實務工作者為訪談對象。本研究結果如下：（一）心理動力治療取向的知識屬性是主觀、與實踐者個人共構而成，且能為其他治療師所認許（二）心理動力治療取向獨特、主觀的知識屬性，促使學習重點不單為瞭解理論內容，更重要的是理論實踐方法的體會。（三）心理動力治療取向傾以要求學習者接受治療。接受治療的過程中，學習者除了處理干擾治療的個人因素之外，還能從中體會理論豐富生動的內涵，以及學習實踐理論的方法。（四）心理動力取向治療師的專業實踐即在認識自己。治療師透過對自己認識的體會，引領個案認識與發現自己。認識與發現自己，是心理動力治療取向的治療基礎。（五）學習者個人內在自戀需要與學習理論及實踐上所遭遇的困難有關，是學習過程中最需處理的主題。最後研究者根據上述研究結果提出建議。
