2005年09月 18-5 SAS取向諮商督導能力評量表之編製研究
本研究旨在以系統取向督導模式(SAS)為架構,編製一具有信效度及常模之「諮商督導能力評量表」。本研究以學校單位及社會輔導機構之諮商督導人員為對象,預試樣本一三一人,正式施測樣本一九五人。研究工具有研究者自編之「諮商督導能力評量表」,以及王文秀等人(2002)編製之「諮商督導專業知覺調查表」。本研究資料分別以項目分析、積差相關分析、結構方程模式之驗證性因素分析等方式來進行資料處理。
本研究結果如下:
1. 完成諮商督導能力評量表之編製:計78 題,三個分量表分別為「督導關係分量表」21 題,「督導功能與任務分量表」31 題,「督導情境脈絡分量表」26題。
2. 本量表內部一致性α係數的分析,各分量表α值介於.96 至.97,總量表α值為.99,顯示本量表具有極佳的內部一致性信度。其次,本量表之重測信度介於.66至.69之間,顯示本量表在時間的穩定性尚佳。
3. 量表效度考驗:1.與內容有關的效度證據,本量表題目之編擬係依據相關文獻探討及專家學者的審查;2.與效標有關的效度證據,本量表之各分量表與「諮商督導專業知覺調查表」各分量表相關係數介於.73 至.80,顯示本量表具有不錯之效標關聯效度。3.與建構有關的效度證據,本研究以驗證性因素分析來考驗諮商督導能力評量表的因素結構,其結果支持原研究構念。
4. 建立量表常模:本量表建立原始分數的百分等級常模,以及督導關係、督導功能與任務、督導情境脈絡等三個分量表的百分等級常模。
本研究根據研究結果提出數項具體的建議,供諮商輔導機構及其人員參考。
