2014年12月 41-4 復原力增進方案在少女安置機構之應用與反思

復原力是創傷復原的重要心理特質，本研究主要分析2012年某安置機構「復原力增進方案」的運作，以復原力五大介入領域為方向，透過生活關係、家庭生活教育、探索體驗教育以及個案管理，藉以提升安置機構經歷創傷少女的復原力，並以復原力三要素之「我有」、「我是」、「我能」作為評估成效的觀察向度。採用焦點團體方法收集資料，共訪問7位行動中的輔導人員，據以反思輔導方案的介入策略與對安置少女復原力的影響。研究建議：（1）運用復原力的概念內涵融入安置機構的多元輔導方案之中，確認方案實施之目標與策略；（2）增強輔導工作者內在的復原力視角；（3）強化復原力方案的成效評估；（4）發現不同安置階段中復原力的轉換機制。
