2002年3月 12-2諮商初期諮商師與來談者之互動組型與來談者晤談感受之分析研究

本研究旨在探討個別諮商初期諮商師與來談者經常出現的互動組型、以及互動組型與來談者唔談感受之間的關聯。研究者採用「社會行為結構分析」(SASB)模式，並參考先前研究的應用，修訂分析步驟而編寫成「諮商師與來談者之人際行為分類系統」，以針對自願參與的諮商師與來談者之前三次諮商歷程進行微觀分析，再進而發現雙方的互動組型，並且對照來談者每次諮商後所填寫之「唔談感受評量問卷」得分，以探討其間之關聯。結果發現： (1)諮商歷程中的互動類型以「互補」最為常見，而「對立J 類型最能標示出不同互動組型間的特徵。（ 2 ）本研究共發見三種互動組型：以「互補」為主、有時「互補」有時「對立」、經常連續「對立」。（ 3 ）不同互動組型的配對，其來談者知覺到不同之唔談感受，特別是以「互補」為主者以及經常連續「對立」者之來談者時談感受具有明顯特徵。（ 4 ） 特定的人際行為類別與來談者知覺的「唔談深度」、「唔談積極性」與「唔談刺激性」有關聯。最後根據研究結果，提出對使用本分類系統、以及對實務工作與未來研究之建議。
