2001年9月 10-2父母效能課程及其親子溝通效果之探討

本研究的主要目的，在暸解透過「主題情境測驗」之視子溝通認知的檢核、覺察的「父母效能課程」，及其親子溝通的實效情形。課程設計以父母效能訓練課程理論基礎及親子溝通技巧為學習主軸，引發親子互相討論對同一主題的彼此看法，使親子間產生深刻而有效的溝通與瞭解的「主題情境測驗」安排為課程，使親子在溝通認知上有覺察與檢核之效。透過團體課程的實際進行，深入探索父母效能課程及其在親子間引發的溝通內涵效用。
在父母效能課程部份，實驗組及控制組各二十位父母親，除了以親子溝通量表之前後測及追蹤測，檢核課程是否促成親子溝通的改善外，並以內容統整分析，討論主題情境測驗的覺察、領悟，父母效能課程各單元及整體之討論、回饋、釐析，更真實且深入的探討透過主題情境測驗的父母效能課程的真正效果。
依據結果的資料分析，發現父母參與父母效能課程，後測及追蹤測的親子溝通差異皆達到顯著，顯示父母技能課程確實能提昇親子間之溝通，且效果至少持續達四週。同時發現課程能提供參與者學到親子溝通的好方法﹔發現自己、發現學習；體會真正實行是親子溝通的捷徑﹔並且領悟經驗的交換是智慧的成長。
