2000年12月 9-1 團體治療性因素量表之發展與編製

許多團體實務者與研究者關心的課題。本研究特根據作者過去所做的一系列基礎性、探索性的研究結果，發展「團體治療性因素」量表。研究對象以研究者所徵得的17個機構、25個團體，共289人為對象，進行團體結束後之立即團體評量。
在因素分析方面，本量表共取得八個治療性因素，分別命名為：認知性的獲得、對團體的正向感覺、行動力的引發、自我坦露與分享、共通性、利他性、家庭關係的體驗與暸解、以及建議的提供，可解釋變其量為36. 71%。最後正式量表共有題項57題、採李克特式六點量表評量。
在信度考驗方面，結果發現「團體治療性因素量表」各因素之內部一致性介於.75 至.94之間，顯示本量表具可接受至良好之內部一致性。
在效度考驗方面，本研究採用MacKenzie (1983)的「團體氣氛問卷」與Stiles & Snow ( 1984 ） 的「過程評量問卷」為評量效度之指標。結果發現本量表所評量之團體治療性因素普遍具投入性與正向性，部分因素具逃避性、順暢性、與深入性，無因素具衝突性與激動性。此外，在區辨性效度方面，本研究發現團體治療性因素與反治療性因素間部份存有負相闕，其中「對團體的正向感覺」因素對反治療性因素具有抑制的動力，而「共通性」與「家庭關係的體驗與暸解」因素則不具此動力。
最後本研究根據研究結果提出討論，並針對團體實務工作與未來研究提出建議。
