1999年12月 7-6 國小輔導師資培育現況之調查研究

本研究之目的旨在了解國小輔導師資培育之現況，透過問卷調查的方式，了解與國小輔導師資相關之授課教師、在校學生、與畢業校友對現行國小輔導師資教育之「應然面」、「實然面」、與「未來發展」等的觀點，以作為未來發展國小輔導師資培育模式之依據。問卷調查共取得上述三類對象798名，研究工具採研究者自編之「國小輔導師資培育問卷」。綜合本研究發現如下： 1. 國小輔導師資應具備之專業內涵為高期許而少專業分工與定位的概念。2. 國小輔導師資培育之理念與實際成果均為重專業內涵、輕輔導行政與效能評鑑。3. 畢業校友均較授課教師對國小輔導人員所應具有的專業內涵期許更高、期盼調整的幅度也較授課教師為大。4. 國小輔導師資培育課程之未來方向為輔導實務能力的加強。其中以加強輔導室例行工作之專業能力、具體而微的強化個案處理能力、學習方式走向實務化、以及成立專職培養國小輔導師資教育之必要性為未來主要的發展方向。
