1997年12月 5-2 一個短期諮商訓練效果之評估研究

本研究採用Budman和Gurman(1988, 1992)的時效諮商為主要訓練模式,以國立彰化師範大學輔導學系碩、博士班研究生為對象,實施六個單元、總計十五小時的短期諮商工作坊訓練。訓練的效果是以十一位受訓諮商員在各訓練單元的回饋表、綜合評量問卷填答的內容,以及實際的初次晤談經驗等,暸解諮商員在接受此短期諮商模式之訓練後,對短期諮商相關概念的認知及應用情形。研究發現:

1. 本研究的實施可澄清及增進諮商員對短期諮商的認知,亦提供諮商員對於如何實施短期諮商、如何在有限的時間內找出當事人問題焦點有一具體的瞭解,此影響不因諮商員教育與實務經驗的層級不同而有差異,但在認知速率上則受到個人及不同因素的影響,而有個別差異的情形。

2. 影響諮商員認知短期諮商概念的因素,乃包括訓練者的講授與示範,諮商員個人的理論取向、諮商經驗、學習方式、訓練過程的個人因素,以及訓練課程等。

本訓練課程可提供諮商員充分認知短期諮商的概念,至於諮商員應用短期諮商的能力和信心,則需要經由更多的實際應用經驗來提升。最後則根據本研究的結果與發現提出若干建議,供諮商員教育訓練、訓練課程的規劃與實施,以及未來研究參考。
