1996年12月 4-3 我國高中學生職業興趣結構之比較研究

本研究目的在探討 Holland(l973)職業興趣結構模式對我國高中學生的通用性, 並比較此一模式與Gati (1979)階層模式及 Rounds 和 Tracy (1996)三類群模式對台灣 學生的適用性,以探討適於解釋台灣學生職業興趣結構的理想模式。研究對象為1861 名高一學生(男 788名,女 1073名),使用工具為「職業興趣量表」 (Tien, 1993),所得資料經多向度量尺考驗結果,發現女生的職業興趣結構在二度空間中的構形與Holland所主張的 R-I-A-S-E-C順序一致,只是顧序為反時鐘方向,而男生資料所得構形為I-R-A-S-E-C 的順序。在三個模式的比較方面,隨機考驗對各對相關係數比較的結果,發現不論是男生或女生,均以 Gati 的模式所得符合指數較高,顯示Gati 的階層模式較適用於台灣學生的情形。本研究針對此一結果對我國高中學生的職業興趣結構作進一步討論,並對未來理論、實務、及研究各方面提出具體之建議。
