The dimensions includes: the connections between past and cu叮ent life context and motivations of offense; the characteristics ofconflicts in their marital relationships; their cognitive distortions which used to over- come their internal inhibitions, their offense behaviors, and their reactions after their cnme. Finally, this paper also try to classified 5 incest offenders into 2 types, according to their prior crime stress events, offense motives, their crime behaviors, their rela- tionships with victims, and the reactions after crime. Suggestions are made for intervention strategies and prediction of recidivism rate. Keywords Reference 黃富源等( 民88 )。性侵害加害人之特質與犯罪手法之研究。內政部性侵害防治委員會。未出版。
