1994 2-2 A Study of Employees' Working Dynamics: A Case Study

In attempting to understanding how Employee Assistant Progams (EAPs) can be worked into an enterprise system. A survey study was arranged with a beverage company. The questionnaire was made by the researcher in accordance with the results of preinter- view. Means and SD were used to analysis the degrees of employees’ satisfaction or liking. Demographics variables were then used to compare differences among each dimension and/or items. The result suggests that: 1.employees need more support from upper level administrators and need more working achievement; 2.career counseling and/or planning was concerned by most employees; 3.sex, age, level of education, and working years have different concerns with different problems. An suggested EAP with this particular company were provided.
