1997 5-6 An Experimental Study of RET Career Group Counseling-Taking Students of Kaohsiung Normal University as Study Subjects

The purpose of this study was to explore the effectiveness of RET career group counseling program. The subjects of this study were students of National Kaohsiung Normal University. Al1 the subjects were administrated by following Tests (1) KO'S Mental Health Questionnaire (KMHQ), (2) Career-Preparation Scale, (3) CareerRationalization Scale. The obtained data were analyzed with ANCOVA, and t-test. The results of this study were as follows:
1.There were significant promotion in the career preparation of group members.
2.There were significant promotion in the rational thinking about career of group members.
